Onyx Audition 2026

                   3440 Shroyer Road
             Kettering, Ohio
 
Please park in lot near the activity center. Enter door# 5

Dance attire or similar is required. Fitted tights fitted top w/ boxers that may be worn over the tights. Please no basketball shorts. The staff will need to be able to view your body lines. Hair is preferred up or back and out of the face. 
​
There will be a 1-hour lunch break on your own. In the afternoon Onyx will provide fresh fruits and hydrating beverages. 
​
Please bring your own equipment & water. 
​
The Audition is for both Onyx Independent World & Onyx Independent A. 
​
Audition Fee is $50
Cash, Venmo & Paypal are accepted. 
Add $10 for PayPal payments. 
​
The Onyx staff will be looking for hard working, passionate team players that enjoy a friendly learning environment and those willing to contribute their best effort consistently. 
​
Spots will be available for Flag, Rifle, Sabre & Dance. 
​
Video auditions are accepted from performers, living outside of the United States. Videos must be received no later than Sunday, September 14. 
​
Onyx is a 22-Time WGI Independent World Class Finalist, 15 time WGI Medalist and a 3 time WGI Independent World Class Champions and 2 time WGI Independent Open class Champions. 
​
Onyx is only one of seven guards in history that have earned a medal in all three independent classes, A, Open & World. 
​
A mainstay in the activity Onyx has never take a season off and has competed for 37 consecutive years. 
​
The Audition is for both Onyx World Class & Onyx A Class.
